An Update
Shaun finally was able to get through to HRC yesterday, and its not good news. The new system is still down, and she can't process our paperwork till its up and running. She said that won't be for another couple weeks, or worst case scenario, end of February. I guess there is really no rush for us to get out of here. Shaun has the best hours possible and is happy. Izzy will be able to finish her preschool year, and maybe I'll get to see a really good friend of mine baby before we leave. It's also good that we won't have to move in the dead of winter. There's no rush, but still......it sure would be nice to know where we are going.

ReplyDeleteIt's always the waiting and the unknown that can be the challenge. But,you can relax a little longer and enjoy this slower pace with Shaun's unusually calm job. All will be just fine.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry for all the stress that comes with the waiting, hang on, soon Georgia will be a memory (which from the looks of all you've done there will be a mostly good one). I love you.

ReplyDeletePat is in the Air Force now. We are in Biloxi, Mississippi waiting for him to finish tech school. We just got our first assignment---Germany!!! So now there are tons of things waiting for me to get ready.
Hopefully you will get to where you want to go. Miss you guys.
